Terms and Conditions

 

Super Charge Your Cash Flow and The Collections Guru (“SCYCF”) provides access to Online Training Programs and a selection of consulting services via Support Tickets and Support Packages through a Membership Platform (“the products”).

 

Customers of SCYCF (“members”) are provided access to and use of the Site via password protected and/or secure areas of the Site via a membership subscription. Access is only granted to members.

 

SCYCF provides the products on its world wide web site(s) (the “Site”).

 

For anyone accessing and/or using the products on the Site it will be deemed that these terms and conditions have been accepted.

 

Security

 

SCYCF uses SSL Certificates and other industry standard precautions to ensure all personal data received from members remain secure. SCYCF is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for losses of or changes to data.  Members are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected and/or secure areas of the Site.

 

Credit Card Charging

 

SCYCF charges your credit card when your order is placed. The price includes all relevant fees and surcharges. For monthly subscriptions, recurring monthly fees are charged on the anniversary date each month.

 

Delivery Policy

 

The products are delivered via the Site.  Members can access orders for downloadable products instantly upon ordering, as they are immediately available via access to password protected membership areas of the Site.

 

Members who have for any reason not received a purchased product must provide notification in writing via email to donna@collectionsguru.com.au or call 0416 213 971 to advise non-receipt of the product. Delivery requests are processed on week days during the business hours of 9am and 5pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your delivery request.

 

Online Training Program

 

The Online Training Program (“the Program”) is 7 Modules delivered in a 1-off payment or via a monthly membership subscription over 7 months. Members who opt for the monthly subscription can purchase the balance of the Program by making a 1-off payment at any future time within the 7 month membership period.

 

 

 

Basic Support Packages

 

Basic Support Packages are for 1-off purchases of 1 or more Support Tickets.

 

Support Tickets purchased through Basic Support Packages must be used within twelve (12) months of purchase and will expire after 12 months.

 

Premium Support Packages

 

Premium Support Packages are charged monthly and delivered as part of a twelve (12) month membership. Support Ticket and Face-to-Face Training Limits strictly apply.  Products offered under Premium Support Packages must be utilised within the 12 month membership period. Any unused products expire at the end of the 12 month period.

 

Support Tickets supplied under Premium Support Packages must be used within the 12 month membership period. Unused Tickets expire at the end of the 12 month period.

 

Access to Password Protected / Secure Areas

 

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site are strictly for authorised members only. Unauthorised access to the Site is prohibited.

 

Membership Access to the Site is granted to paying members only. For monthly subscriptions, declined payments will result in your access to the site being revoked until payment is received.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be notified in writing.

 

Orders for any unreceived portions of any consulting, training or support program may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to donna@collectionsguru.com.au by or calling 0416 213 971 and providing your instructions regarding your cancellation and/or refund request.  Charges will apply for any used and/or delivered portions of any consulting, training or support program.

 

Cancellations are processed on week days during the business hours of 9am and 5pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your cancellation and/or refund request.

 

Please note: Cancellations may only be completed for products that have yet to be delivered by SCYCF staff.

 

Refunds Policy

 

SCYCF will conduct refunds in accordance with guidelines established by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”).

 

 

 

Tampering

 

Members agree not to modify, move, add to, delete or otherwise tamper with the information contained in the SCYCF web site.

 

Links to Third Party Sites

 

The Site may contain links that will let you access other web sites that are not under the control of SCYCF. SCYCF assumes no responsibility or liability for any material that may be accessed on other web sites reached through the Site, nor does SCYCF make any representation regarding the quality of any products contained on the Site.

 

No Warranties

 

Information and documents provided on the Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The information presented in the training program and support material represents the view of SCYCF as of the date of publication. Because of the rate with which conditions change, SCYCF reserves the right to alter and update its opinion based on the new conditions. The products are for informational purposes only. While every attempt has been made to verify the information provided in the products, neither SCYCF nor any affiliates/partners assume any responsibility for errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Any slights of people or organisations are unintentional. If advice concerning legal or related matters is required, the services of a fully qualified professional should be sought. The products are not intended for use as a source of legal or accounting advice. Members must make themselves aware of any laws which govern business transactions or other business practices in their country and state. Any reference to any person or business whether living or dead is purely coincidental.

 

Members using the Site do so completely at their own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

SCYCF shall under no circumstances, be liable for any damages suffered by you, including any incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to any lost profits or damage for business interruptions, loss of information, programs or other data, that result from access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or due to any breach of security associated with the transmission of information through the internet, even if SCYCF was advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Privacy

 

Protecting the privacy of our users of our Site is important to SCYCF. The SCYCF Privacy Policy describes how we use and protect information you provide to us, and can be found in the Quick Links area of the Site.

 

Copyright and Trademarks

 

The information available on or through the Site is the property of SCYCF, or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, license, sell, create derivative works or otherwise use any information available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

 

Laws and Regulations

 

Access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is governed by the Laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

 

Members agree not to use the Site in any way which violates any such laws or regulations.
